How quickly can we start using Deal OS?
Two speeds. Self-serve: minutes, sign up, upload a CIM, and read your first cited brief the same session, no sales call. Optional white-glove onboarding: we configure it to your thesis and have you live on real targets, typically within a few weeks.
How is our deal information handled?
Conversations and documents are treated as confidential, and we sign NDAs as standard practice. Your deal flow, documents, and pipeline remain yours, we are not a broker and take no success fees. Data is processed under GDPR from our EU base.
What does Deal OS cost?
Deal OS is self-serve software with published pricing, Starter $750, Growth $1,950, and Scale $4,500 per month, cancel any month (prices exclude VAT). Optional white-glove onboarding is a one-time $5,000 with a launch-date guarantee, not a retainer. Enterprise and multi-entity setups are scoped with you.
Does the system replace our advisors?
No. Counsel, accountants, and QoE providers still do what they do. The system makes their hours count by arriving prepared: organized documents, surfaced inconsistencies, and ready question lists.
Do you work with teams outside Europe?
Yes. We are based in Romania and work with acquisition teams in the US, UK, and across Europe, in their time zones. All work is delivered remotely with scheduled calls and a shared command center.
