Accessibility Statement

Commitment

We build accessible websites for public institutions, so this site is held to the same standard we apply to the work we deliver. Accessibility here means the site is usable with a screen reader, with a keyboard alone, at 200 percent zoom, and by people who need high contrast.

Conformance target

WCAG 2.1 level AA. This is a self-assessment, not a third-party certification.

How this was measured

Using an automated audit run in a real browser against the published pages, not against the source code. It measures the declared page language, alternative text on every image, heading structure, the presence of a skip link, link text quality, endless animation, the contrast ratio of every rendered text element against its effective background including gradients and transparency, and horizontal scrolling at viewport widths of 320, 360, 412 and 768 pixels.

At the last check the site reported no contrast failures and no horizontal scrolling at any of those widths.

Known limitations

• Some supporting text is set below 14 pixels. It is being raised.
• Embedded third-party components, such as review widgets and scheduling tools, are outside our control and may not meet the same level.
• Automated testing cannot judge whether wording is clear or whether an image description is accurate. This statement therefore describes a partial check.

If any part of this site is hard to use, write to office@devaland.com and describe the page and what happened. Reported barriers are prioritised over new features, and you will get a reply.

Legal note

Directive (EU) 2016/2102, transposed in Romania by Government Emergency Ordinance 112/2018, places a binding accessibility obligation on public sector bodies.
