Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interest Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026. Applies to DEVALAND MARKETING S.R.L. and to any external collaborator working with us on a client contract, including contracts with public authorities.
Our commitments
- We do not offer, promise or accept money, gifts, invitations, favours or any other advantage to or from people involved in a procurement or in the performance of a contract.
- The price is the written price. We charge only the prices we publish or send in a written offer. We do not accept cash payments and we invoice only for what was delivered.
- We declare conflicts of interest ourselves, in writing. If there is a family, ownership or employment link between our company and a person with a decision-making role at the buyer, we declare it in writing before submitting an offer, so the buyer can decide with full knowledge. In Romanian public procurement, the conflict-of-interest rules are in articles 59-63 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
- We do not hire or contract people who took part in evaluating our offers, for as long as the law prohibits it.
- We work from public information. We bid on the published documentation and do not ask for or use non-public information about a procurement.
- The same rules apply to collaborators. Any subcontractor or partner is declared in the offer and follows this policy.
- An improper request is refused in writing and recorded, whoever makes it.
How to report a concern
If you see something connected with our company that goes against this policy, write to office@devaland.com. We answer in writing. You can also report directly to the competent authorities in your country. In Romania these are the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), for corruption offences, and the National Integrity Agency (ANI), for conflicts of interest and incompatibilities of public officials.
Who is responsible
Ion-Marius Andronie, administrator and sole shareholder, is responsible for applying this policy. It describes our company's conduct. It is not an interpretation of the law and does not replace the checks a buyer carries out under the law.
