What you get every month

How it works
1. Free written assessment
Tell us what your system does, where it runs and what keeps breaking. Within two working days you get, in writing, what we would take over first, the risks we see, and whether it is a fit.
2. First month: learn and secure
We learn your system, add tests and monitoring around what matters most, and start the written record of every change.
3. Every month after that
Plan, build, release, report. You see each change as it happens and read the monthly report at your own pace.
4. Leave whenever you want
After the minimum term you can stop at the end of any month. You keep everything, with a written handover.
Price
5,500 USD per month, with a three-month minimum. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.
We take one managed client at a time. This is our founding price: it is written into the agreement for the first six months, and any later change is agreed in writing before it applies. Paying a year upfront costs less; ask for the yearly price.
Hosting, third-party services and AI usage are billed at cost or paid by you directly, and listed in the agreement.
When we say no
- Systems that must be watched around the clock with someone on call. Alerts reach us at any time; we act on working days.
- Weekly meetings. We work in writing: scope, decisions and delivery by email and recorded video.
- Shared logins. You give us our own access, never your personal account.
- Systems that hold patient health records or card payment data.
Questions
What if you are ill or unavailable?
Nothing depends on one person's memory. The code lives in your repository, every decision and the current state are written in one project file, and tests show what each part must do. Another developer can continue from that record, and the accounts are yours.
What do you mean by AI agents?
Software that writes code, tests and reviews under an engineer's direction. Nothing goes live without a human check, and every change is recorded.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We promise the agreed monthly scope, tested, recorded and reported in writing. We do not promise numbers we have not measured on your system.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from the first day. We work in your repository and your accounts with our own access, so you can move on at any time.
Can we talk first?
Yes, you can call to get acquainted. The scope, the price and every decision after that are agreed in writing.
