n8n to Python conversion

Your n8n workflows already describe how your business runs. We rebuild that same logic as plain Python code in your own repository, so you keep everything you designed and lose the platform in the middle. We stopped building in n8n ourselves for the same reason.

Why we moved from n8n to Python

We ran n8n ourselves. As our automations grew, the things that mattered most were testing every change, reviewing who changed what, and knowing within minutes when something failed. Those were easier to get right in code, so in 2026 we moved every automation to Python and removed n8n from our servers.

What you gain in Python

  1. 1.Every change is reviewable: each edit is a commit with a visible diff, and you can roll back to any earlier version.
  2. 2.Tests before anything goes live: each workflow has automated tests that run on every change.
  3. 3.Failures you hear about: logging and an alert on every failed run, instead of finding out from a customer.
  4. 4.Any developer can work on it: Python is one of the most widely used languages, so you are not tied to one person or one tool.
  5. 5.Fewer moving parts: your code and a scheduler, with no separate workflow platform to update, secure and back up.
  6. 6.The whole Python ecosystem: data, documents, AI models and any API, without waiting for a node to exist.

n8n remains a good tool for quick internal experiments and for teams where non-developers edit the flows. When the automations become part of how the business runs, code is the safer home for them.

Built to stay up in production

Every change is tested before it goes live, every failure triggers an alert, and security is part of the build from the first commit: secrets kept out of the code, dependencies checked for known vulnerabilities, and each part given only the access it needs.

Who this is for

  • Teams whose n8n setup has grown past a few workflows and now breaks quietly.
  • Agencies that built client automations in n8n and want code they can hand over.
  • Companies that need their automations versioned, reviewed and tested like the rest of their software.

What you get

  1. 1.Python code in your repository, one module per workflow, readable by any developer.
  2. 2.Tests for each workflow, run on every change.
  3. 3.A scheduler that fits where you already run things (cron, systemd, a container or your cloud's scheduler).
  4. 4.Logging and an alert when a run fails, so nothing breaks silently.
  5. 5.Secrets in your own environment, never in our hands longer than the build.
  6. 6.Technical documentation and a recorded video walkthrough on your setup.
  7. 7.14 days of bug fixes after handover for anything in the agreed scope.

How it works

  1. 1. Export your workflows

Export your workflows from n8n as JSON and remove the credentials (n8n keeps them separate, so the export is usually clean already). Send them through the contact form or by email.

  2. 2. Free written assessment

Within two working days: what each workflow does, what converts directly, what needs a decision, and a fixed price.

  3. 3. We build in your repository

The code is written in your repository, so you see every change as it happens.

  4. 4. Side-by-side run

The old n8n workflow and the new Python code run on the same inputs, and the outputs are compared before anything is switched off.

  5. 5. Handover

Code, documentation and a video walkthrough. You switch off n8n when you are ready.

Price

Fixed price per project, in writing, after the free assessment. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.

When we say no

  • If n8n itself has to stay.
  • If a workflow depends on a system with no API or export we can reach legally.
  • If you want us to log in to your accounts. We never use shared logins: you add the new secrets yourself.

Work is in writing and asynchronous: questions, scope and delivery by email and video, no meetings needed.

Questions

Do we lose anything we built in n8n?

No. The workflow JSON is the specification; every node becomes code you can read.

Can we keep using n8n for some workflows?

Yes. Convert the ones that matter most first; the rest can stay until you decide.

Where does the code run?

Your choice. On your own server or cloud, or we host and maintain it for you on a dedicated server, as yearly care. The code stays yours either way, so you can move it at any time.

Do you guarantee it will work better?

We do not promise results. We promise the agreed scope, tested, compared side by side with your current workflows, and 14 days of fixes after handover.
