If your clients need AI assistants, Python builds or Klaviyo work that you do not do yourself, send them to us. We scope, build and support the work under our own contract. You get 10% of every payment the client makes in the first 12 months.
How it works
1. Tell us first
Email office@devaland.com with the client's name. We confirm in writing that the client is new to us.
2. We take it from there
We talk to the client in writing, scope the work and agree a fixed price with them under our own contract.
3. You are paid within 7 days
10% of each payment the client makes in its first 12 months, excluding VAT, paid after we receive it.

- 10% of every amount the client pays us in the 12 months after its first payment, excluding VAT, taxes, refunds and costs passed through at cost.
- Paid within 7 days of each payment we receive. No payment from the client, no commission.
- A client counts as yours when you name them to us in writing before we have been in contact with them.
- You may tell the client you receive a referral fee, and must if they ask. You never promise a price, result or deadline on our behalf.
- Not exclusive. Either side can end it by email; commissions already earned stay due.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I earn?
10% of everything the client you introduced pays Devaland in the 12 months after its first payment, excluding VAT. If the client starts with a small first step and then continues every month, your share follows the whole period.
When am I paid?
Within 7 days after Devaland receives each payment from the client. Never before: if the client does not pay, there is no commission. You invoice Devaland for each payment.
How do I make sure the client is counted as mine?
Email office@devaland.com with the client's name before we have been in touch with them. We reply in writing to confirm it is new to us, or to say that we already knew them.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. An introduction is enough. We talk to the client, scope the work in writing and agree the price with them. You never quote a price or promise a result on our behalf.
Is it exclusive, and can I stop?
Neither side is exclusive, and either side can end the agreement by email. Commissions already earned on clients you introduced stay due for their full 12 months.
Who can be a referral partner?
Web and Shopify agencies, consultants, accountants and anyone whose clients need software or AI work they do not build themselves. Companies and individuals are both welcome.
